With over 30 years of experience in IT service management, project leadership, and education, Bill Muskopf exemplifies what it means to combine technical excellence with engaging instruction. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), ITIL® 4 Managing Professional, PRINCE2® Practitioner, ISO Auditor, and Professional Scrum Master—credentials that reflect a lifetime of learning and leadership.
Bill currently serves as the Compliance Leader for Managed Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), while also teaching as a Professor of IT Management at a New York City graduate school. His career includes leading projects across industries, from private sector initiatives to large-scale government programs for the NYPD, FDNY, and the NYC Department of IT.

He’s also earning his Auditor Certificate in ISO/IEC 42001 – Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS), further strengthening his expertise at the intersection of technology, governance, and innovation.

Beyond the Classroom
Outside of teaching, Bill oversees 10 HPE IT Operations Centers (ITOCs) as part of his leadership role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He’s also a frequent guest speaker at workshops, conferences, and professional events, where he shares insights on ITIL®, project management, and compliance frameworks.
