What if I don’t pass the ITIL 4 Foundation Exam?

If you do not pass the exam, you will receive a Take2 retake online exam from PeopleCert and are eligible, upon request, for 30 days of access to our ITIL 4 Foundation eLearning, or you can elect to sit in on a future class, we want to ensure we meet your learning needs.

Will I receive a Physical Book?

This course uses digital course material (PDFs). Upon request, we can provide printed course material at an additional cost. (shipping for course material within the continental US is free.
