The ITIL® 4 Create Deliver and Support Exam plus 30-day courseware access bundle includes the 30-day ITIL 4 Create Deliver and Support eLearning access and an ITIL 4 Create Deliver andSupport Exam voucher.
The eLearning option is self-paced study giving you the opportunity to progress through the material at a pace and time that is most convenient for you. The course material is presented by an accredited instructor in a series of videos that cover the accredited course material. All of the information you need is included in the eLearning package.
PassionIT Group eLearning modules deliver the course content in a free-form discussion format rather than that of a rigidly structured classroom. Many have found this to be a more comfortable/successful approach for the type of material being presented.

Exam Vouchers are for PeopleCert take-anywhere online exams. When you are ready, you redeem the voucher to take the exam online using your computer (this is done online). Directions for redeeming the voucher are provided with the voucher. PeopleCert exams are live proctored using your webcam. After you have registered and redeemed the voucher, you will need to make an appointment with PeopleCert to take the exam.
IMPORTANT: The exam voucher is for an online exam, not for sitting the exam at a local test center.
The Take2 re-sit option
The Take2 re-sit option Take2re-sit option is now available to you when ordering your exam vouchers!
The Take2 re-sit exam option is a new program for those who want a little insurance heading into their exam session. In the event that your first attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive a Take2 Re-sit Option exam voucher from PeopleCert for your online-proctored, take anywhere retake exam. This option MUST be purchased in conjunction with an exam voucher. With the Take2 re-sit option, you are buying:
- Peace of mind – gives you the chance to retake a demanding exam
- Plenty of time to prepare – gives you up to 6 months from the date of the initial exam, to ensure that you have all the time you need to get ready
- Convenience – lets you schedule the re-sit exam online when it best suits you and you take the exam online from the comfort of your home or office
Note: This course requires that you are ITIL Foundation certified. Please scan in (or take a photo of) your ITIL Foundation certificate and send it to info@passionitgroup.com when you place your order. Upon receiving proof of your ITIL Foundation certification, your eLearning access credentials will be sent to you and you can begin your training. Your Foundation certification certificate must be uploaded to your account at PeopleCert before your exam results will be released.
Note: You are required to complete the course material prior to taking the exam. For this reason, the Exam Voucher will not be shipped until you have completed the course. When you place your order, send an image of your screen (a screenshot/capture) showing that you completed the course to fulfillment@passionitgroup.com. Once proof has been received, your exam voucher will be sent to you.
