This exam can only be sold in conjunction with accredited training or as a retake exam for those who were unsuccessful in their previous attempt (please email your official exam results from PeopleCert when you place your order). The ITIL® Service Strategy Exam voucher is for a PeopleCert take-anywhere online proctored exam. This voucher allows you to sit for the ITIL® Service Strategy certification exam.
Exam Vouchers are for PeopleCert take-anywhere online exams. When you are ready, you use your computer to redeem the voucher on the PeopleCert website (peoplecert.org) to schedule and take your online exam. Instructions for registering on the PeopleCert site and using vouchers for online proctored exams are provided in the email with the voucher code. PeopleCert online exams are live proctored using your webcam. After you have registered and redeemed the voucher, you will need to make an appointment with PeopleCert to take the exam.
IMPORTANT: This exam voucher is for an online exam, not for sitting the exam at a local test center.
The Take2 Re-sit option
The Take2 re-sit option provides peace of mind heading into your exam session and is now available as an add-on for exams and eLearning bundles. In the event that your first attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive a Take2 Re-sit Option exam voucher from PeopleCert for your online proctored, take anywhere retake exam. Printed publications are shipped using USPS and typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive (overseas shipments typically require 3 weeks for delivery). If, after 10 business days (15 for overseas shipments) you have not received your printed publication, please contact us so that we can investigate the cause of the delay and get your shipment to you.
