I’ve been in professional training classes which have felt very slow and marginally informative. My instructor’s class was the absolute reciprocal. Through his knowledge of and passion with the material, he provided one of the most insightful training sessions I’ve attended in my professional career. I’m grateful and truly feel that this ITIL Foundations class strengthened me as an IT professional.
