Access PassionIT Group eLearning

To access the PassionIT Group eLearning course that you just purchased, go to the ITPro.TV website at https://itpro.tv. When the ITProTV Login screen appears, enter your userid (email) and password and click Login.

Note: if you do not already have an ITProTV account, enter email address and password to create your account.

Click on COURSES in the menu on the left and the ITPro.TV Training Course Library appears.

Click on the course category you are interested in, for example ITIL, and then scroll down the list of available courses to select the course you purchased.

To begin viewing the course, click the play icon in the center of the video.

When you have finished viewing the current episode, click Next Episode at the bottom right corner of the video to proceed to the next episode in the course.

Note: Some courses have a set of files (handouts and sample exams) that are part of the course material. To download these files, go to the the episode after the Overview and click Episode Files on the Resources tab just below the video.

Download and unzip the file so that you have handouts and sample exams available as you progress through the course.

When you have completed all episodes and you are ready to take the exam, contact PassionIT Group to purchase your exam voucher.
