ITIL® 4 Foundation course presents the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and introduces modern and emerging practices such as Agile, Lean IT, and DevOps. ITIL 4 focuses more on how things fit together to create value. It provides a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey into the world of digital transformation.

ITIL® 4 Create Deliver and Support (CDS)

The ITIL®4 Create, Deliver & Support course covers the ‘core’ service management activities and expands the current scope of ITIL to cover the ‘creation’ of services. This module focuses on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services whilst also covering supporting practices, methods and tools.

ITIL® 4 Direct Plan and Improve (DPI)

ITIL 4 Direct, Plan & Improve is aimed at managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It will cover both practical and strategic elements. As such, it is the universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader streams.

ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT (HVIT)

ITIL 4 High Velocity IT is aimed at managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It will cover both practical and strategic elements. As such, it is the universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader streams.

ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV)

ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value is aimed at managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It will cover both practical and strategic elements. As such, it is the universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader streams.

ITIL® 4 Digital and IT Strategy (DITS)

ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy is aimed at managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It will cover both practical and strategic elements. As such, it is the universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader streams.

ITIL® 4 Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services (AMCS)

The ITIL Specialist: Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services module is for anyone requiring vendor-neutral, user-centric guidance on developing a practical understanding of how cloud procurement and technology can integrate with and support broader business strategy and functions, regardless of sector, industry, or cloud maturity.

PRINCE2® Training

PRINCE2® Foundation

The aim of the PRINCE2® Foundation training is to provide delegates with a fundamental understanding of the PRINCE2® project management method.

PRINCE2® Practitioner

The PRINCE2® Practitioner course is intended for delegates who are familiar with the PRINCE2® project management method, having already studied for and passed the Foundation Certificate exam.

A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a professional who is well versed in the foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads limited improvement projects and / or serves as a team member as a part of more complex improvement projects lead by a Certified Green Belt or Certified Black Belt, typically in a part-time role.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who is well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads complex improvement projects, typically in a full-time capacity.

CompTIA® Exam Vouchers

Exam Vouchers are for PeopleCert take-anywhere online exams. When you are ready, you redeem the voucher to take the exam on your computer (this is done online). The Take2 Re-sit Option offers you a second chance at certification, at an affordable price.

"I passed my exam with 40/40. The training was helpful; I have been in IT a long time but those specific test strategies made the score what it was. My execution was as follows: I went through all 40 questions and answered what I thought was best. Then, I went back to the beginning and read every answer and made myself figure out which answers could be easily eliminated and which were more likely answers. I also noticed patterns among questions so that I could flip back and see how some questions helped with other questions' answers. I actually changed six of my answers in the second run-thru of the test; that is unusual because usually the best strategy is to go with your first answer. It was using the strategy you taught us of reading every answer and making myself figure out what the other options were (e.g. the answer was "major incident management" but the other options were the definitions of "emergency change," "release management," and "warranty") that gave me that perfect score."
