If you are purchasing an Exam Voucher or you are enrolling in a Course that has prerequisites of this nature, you will be required to provide proof of having met the prerequisites prior to the voucher being shipped or enrollment processed. When ordering exams or courses that have prerequisites of this nature, contact us so that you can send the appropriate verification. In the event that you have not received your eLearning credentials or Exam voucher after one business day, check your email spam and junk folders to ensure that the email has not been redirected there. If your eLearning credentials or Exam voucher have not arrived within one business day, please contact us and let us know.
Note: Printed material (books, course packs, etc.) is shipped using USPS and typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive (over seas shipment typically require 15 business days). If, after 10 business days (18 for overseas shipments) you have not received your order, please contact us so that we can investigate the cause of the delay and get your shipment to you.
