How do Coaching sessions work?

We tailor our approach to your specific organizational needs and goals. All discussions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to assessment using an ongoing continual improvement methodology. You can choose for us to work individually or as part of a group.

Individual coaching translates into a mentoring relationship either over the telephone, in our office or at your location, whatever is most convenient. The frequency is driven by scope and time.

Group coaching requires more coordination and requires a future goal. As with individual coaching, group coaching focuses on an intended outcome and brings pointed skills together to collectively work with you to achieve your desired future objectives.

What certifications, training do you offer?

We own accredited courseware for all ITIL® certifications and have access to courseware for most other IT and Business related classes.

Can the training and courseware be customized?

Yes, all are courseware is fully customizable, we are looking to meet your needs.

What is your area of expertise, capability?

At PassionIT we have decades of experience in all areas of IT Service Management.

Can you handle large volumes of students?

Class size is typically governed by the certification requirements, however we can handle larger classes with multiple trainers or simultaneous classes with additional trainers.

Do you have a schedule?

Yes, all public classes are listed on the calendar. Web-based are as needed and starts with your initial login. We can provide a private class with at least 5 students, most anywhere with at least 3 weeks notice.
