ITIL® Exam Vouchers
The ITIL® Exam Vouchers are vouchers from PeopleCert that you redeem for PeopleCert take anywhere online exams. When you are ready, you redeem the voucher to take the exam on your computer (this is done online). Directions for redeeming the voucher are provided with the voucher. PeopleCert exams are live proctored using your web cam. After you have registered, and redeemed the voucher, you will need to make an appointment with PeopleCert to take the exam. PeopleCert exam vouchers are valid for 1 year. IMPORTANT: These exam vouchers are for a online exams, not for sitting exams at a local test center. Note: As of January 1, 2018, all ITIL and PRINCE2 Exam Vouchers are for PeopleCert administered exams. Note: Exam voucher orders may take up to one business day to process. If you require expidited shipping, please contact us at fulfillment@www.passionitgroup.com. In the event that you have not received your exam voucher after one business day, check your email spam and junk folders to ensure that the email has not been redirected there.
